Breaded Oysters with Garlic Mayonnaise dip. I actually can’t/don’t eat oysters, but I found this easy to go down the hatch… And guys, do yourselves a favor and try making mayonnaise from scratch at least once in your life. :D

Haven’t posted in ages… Creamy Spanish-style sardines + Garlic Spaghetti. Like Filipino style carbonara (yeah, there’s cream), only it’s got sardines instead of ham. (I’d remove the cream next time and use better olive oil.)
